Internodes 1–2 (–3) mm. Leaf-blades 1–2.5 (–5) mm wide, length usually 2–2.5 times width.


Phenology: Flowering Jun–Aug.
Habitat: Rocky slopes, canyons, sandhills.
Elevation: 800–1700 m.
