Leaf-blades 1–4 cm wide, surfaces glabrous or copiously pubescent and ± glandular. Bracts ± flabellate, margins lobed or prominently toothed, apex truncate to broadly rounded. Flowers: sepals pubescent and stipitate-glandular; ovary glabrous or hairy. 2n = 16.
Phenology: Flowering Apr–Aug.
Habitat: Open forests, dry shrublands, rocky slopes, cliffs
Elevation: 100-4000 m
